Bangalore and Its Pleasant Environment !

Bangalore is also called as Bengaluru, is capital of Karnataka State in India. It is also nicknamed as garden City and it was once called as Pensioner’s paradise. Bangalore is spread over 2190km of area. Bangalore enjoys balance and pleasant climate throughout the year. Today Bangalore evolved as manufacturing hub for numerous heavy industries such as BEL ( Bharat Electronics Limited), HAL ( Hindustan Aeronautics Limited) and ITI (Indian telephone Industries) and the city of Bangalore played a vital role in the growth of IT (information technology) field  in India. Due to various IT companies located in the Bangalore it is also called as “Silicon Valley of India”. IT industry in Bangalore is divided into two major parts: ITPL (International Technology Park Ltd) and STPI (Software technology Parks of India).



Bangalore, being a Hi-tech city it is well connected with various kinds of transport such as through roadways, airways and railways. The city is accessible from various parts of the country such as New Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai. The city is directly connected with direct flights from Europe, Asia and Middle East. Auto rickshaws are very popular means of transport in the city through which different places in the city can be accessed.



The city has various popular places such as Ashoka Pillar, Jumma Masjid, Cubbon Park, Indira Gandhi Musical Fountain, Ulsoor Lake, Tippu sultan’s Fort, Bangalore Fort, Tippu Sultan’s Summer Palace, Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium, Someshwara temple, Shiva statue, etc. Bangalore city has various categories of hotels such as five star hotels, two Star hotels, four star Hotels, One Star hotels and three star hotels which are available at very reasonable rates and some of these hotels include Le Meridian, Leela Palace, Hotel Ista and Hotel Grand Ashok. Art, Blue Ginger, Ebony, Karavalli, etc are some of the popular restaurants in Bangalore.
